You would be an employee, taxes would be withheld but you would receive workers comp and disability as well as be insured and bonded under the company policy.
Any clients that we assign to you are going to want to meet you beforehand. We set these meetings up on weeknights or on the weekend when clients are home from work.
These meetings last about 30 minutes, clients want to get an idea of who is coming into their home and see how their pets interact with you.They need to feel comfortable allowing you into their home when they are not there and caring for what they consider their "children"
Pay is done weekly via direct deposit, you would need a voided check to setup direct deposit. Pay is always 1 week delayed so any work you did this week would be paid next week.
